We have an exciting opportunity available with the newly created role of Clinical Care Manager!
About the role:
The Clinical Care Manager will lead the clinical and care team in the provision of high-quality care for our residents. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role has a strong leadership focus and requires a hands-on approach, working alongside the team to uplift skill and capability and drive performance. You will ensure services are delivered in accordance with best practice Clinical Care processes and procedures and are compliant with legislative and statutory requirements. But most importantly - you will create an environment where residents, families, staff, and visitors feel respected, cared for, valued, safe, and happy!
About you:

- AHPRA registration (Registered Nurse)
- Experience in a clinical leadership/management role in Aged Care
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation, AN-ACC, and aged care standards
- Strong clinical skills and understanding of documentation and reporting requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to influence, lead by example, and drive team performance
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and think critically
- A genuine interest in working in the Aged Care industry, demonstrated by your compassionate approach and commitment to keeping abreast of industry trends, best practices, and innovation
