The Role
As the Care Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of person centered care, ensuring the residents are at the heart of what you do. You will provide leadership to the clinical team to create a collaborative working environment as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will utilise your clinical and management skills whilst adhering to Aged Care quality standards. Ultimately, you will ensure a safe environment within the facilities and strive to improve the resident's quality of life.
Skills & Experience
This opportunity will suit a progressive Registered Nurse seeking career advancement or a well-versed Care Manager looking for a new challenge!
- AHPRA registration
- Preferably experience working in a residential Aged Care facility
- At least 1-2 years' experience managing a team
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A keen eye for problem solving and providing effective solutions under pressure
