As the Clinical Care Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day clinical management & success of this medium/large aged care facility in Perth.
About the role
Your main responsibilities will include the delivery of high-quality person-centered care, ensuring effective clinical procedures are in place, clinical optimisation & adherence to accreditation & quality standards.
You will be expected to contribute to the achievement of clinical and performance benchmarks for this facility, whilst implementing and monitoring procedures and standards in line with aged care accreditation & standards.
Your positivity and motivation will play a key part in your management style, and you will be keen to ensure a great working environment for your team, maximising productivity. Having great communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to achieve a high standard of living for residents.

About you
- Experienced Clinical Care Manager with the ability to adapt to differing needs of multiple residents
- AHPRA RN registration (essential) with previous aged care leadership experience preferred
- Dynamic & resident focused leader
- Understanding of accreditation standards
- Experience with the achievement of KPI’s
