• $60 per hour + super + salary packaging
• Report to an experienced Facility Manager who can offer great training and on going support 
• Extensive support in the home to guide you in your career.

The Requirements:

• Experience within Aged Care is essential 
• Demonstrated leadership skills + experience
• Significant experience working in Residential Aged Care recently 
• Clinical Nurse/Clinical Manager experience
• Funding knowledge
• Knowledge of the Accreditation process 
• Good communication & interpersonal skills 
• A positive outlook & passion for aged care
• Current APHRA Registration
