Redstone are seeking a Care Manager to join a large not for profit aged care facility in Moe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management and coordination of care services within the facility
- Collaborate with the Facility Manager to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs
- Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulations
- Foster a sense of community and inclusivity within the home environment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and accreditation processes

- Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within aged care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Genuine passion for providing high-quality care to elderly and vulnerable individuals
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Current Police Check
- Current Vaccinations
