"Since commencing my traineeship in July last year, I have felt welcomed and embraced by the whole coding team. I have experienced a collaborative team culture that encourages discussion and engagement as we navigate the interesting and challenging world of coding together. We are supported to develop our skills through regular education sessions and with the assistance of two knowledgeable educators who provide ongoing learning support. My fellow coders are always happy to share their knowledge too.
