This role is crucial in ensuring comprehensive and compassionate care for individuals, particularly those with complex disabilities and conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Oversight: Conduct detailed assessments of clients' needs, design and implement holistic care plans tailored to individual requirements.
- Team Management: Support and manage a team of nurses and support workers, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
- Interdisciplinary Liaison: Liaise with allied health professionals, stakeholders, and families to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure seamless communication.
- Autonomous Work: Operate independently, managing clinical responsibilities and team coordination with minimal supervision.
- Holistic Care Approach: Think outside the box to deliver person-centered care, focusing on the overall well-being of clients rather than just their medical conditions.
Requirements:
- Experience: The candidate must be Registered Nurse Proven experience in the disability industry, with a focus on brain and spinal injury cases.
- Skills: Competence in writing detailed assessments, creating care plans, and managing clinical teams.
- Leadership: Strong team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide healthcare professionals.
- Autonomy: Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
