The Women's Health Unit at the Mackay Base Hospital is seeking applications for a Clinical Nurse/Midwife (Clinic Coordinator) to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your opportunity
The Clinical Nurse / Midwife (Clinic Co-ordinator) will provide leadership and advanced level clinical skills in the co-ordination and management of the Women's Antenatal, Gynaecology, Early pregnancy clinic and any other required outpatient appointments scheduled within the Women's Services Unit.

Mackay Base Hospital Women's Services operates within a Maternity Co-Design philosophy that involves working in partnership with maternity consumers, our community, and staff from all of our facilities to develop a contemporary women centred model of maternity care.
The Women's Services offers the following:
- Comprehensive antenatal, birthing and post-natal care,
- Multiple continuity models including an independent Birth Centre, Midwifery Group Practice and Indigenous all risk model of care.
- Neonatal services and
- Specialist Gynaecology services.
