Access theAbout the roleThe Clinical Director of Neonatology will be accountable for the delivery of multi-disciplinary safe evidence based, patient centred neonatology services as well as providing clinical services within the Grantley Stable Neonatal Unit. The Clinical Director will also be operationally responsible for the delivery of effective, innovative and provide fiscal oversight of Neonatology services at RBWH. The role will also participate in quality programs, continuing education and career development for staff, clinical teaching within the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital, and undertake and lead relevant Neonatal clinical research and translation.About youOur ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

- Demonstrated commitment to continuous quality improvement principles and practice; and experience in the development and implementation of successful initiatives in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of clinical services.
- Demonstrated and sustained contributions to the advancement of the objectives of relevant professional organisations / committees, providing expert consultancy/advisory services to health-related agencies, as well as the ability to successfully engage and lead change within a broad stakeholder group.
