Are you a dynamic and innovative Psychiatrist passionate about meeting the unique needs of this community? If so, I am seeking a Clinical Director for the Mental Health Service, Psychiatrist FRANZCP or IMG with senior experience
Salary: Consultant Year 1-6 $514,413 - $611,183 p.a
Position Details:

• Duration: Fixed-Term Full-Time or Part-Time, up to 5 years, with potential extensions.
• Alternative Arrangement: Consideration for month-on-month-off job sharing via Sessional and Block Style contracts, promoting a balanced work-life approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive clinical governance and leadership, ensuring adherence to national mental health standards and legislative frameworks.
• Develop culturally appropriate services, incorporating interventions like traditional healing.
• Play a pivotal role in the strategic development, coordination, integration, and evaluation of Mental Health and Drug Service initiatives.
• Collaborate with the mental health management team to align strategies with Commonwealth, State, and WACHS mental health initiatives.
• Lead a dynamic team of doctors, providing mentorship, overseeing training, managing administrative functions, conducting workforce planning, and coordinating leave schedules.
• Depending on expertise and service requirements, engage in clinical responsibilities.

The Requirements:
