The Ingham Hospital is seeking an experienced Medical Superintendent / Clinical Director to provide medical leadership and high quality clinical services for hospital inpatients and outpatients as part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering integrated primary and secondary level Health Services to the Ingham Community.Generous remuneration package value up to $564,048 p.a. comprising:
- Salary range of $176,802 to $258,910 p.a. (L13-L27)
- 4 weeks Annual Leave with 17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- $21,000 p.a. motor vehicle allowance
- 35% base annual salary attraction and retention allowance
- $13,800 p.a. inaccessibility allowance
- $21,500 p.a. professional development allowance and 3.6 weeks professional development leave
- Plus Clinical Managers Allowance
- Qualified as a medical practitioner, qualifications in specialty areas and current registration and / or eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- Fellowship of either the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (FACRRM) or equivalent Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) ie Rural Generalist, Rural Vocational Practitioner, Professional Fellow or Rural Practitioner.
- Highly Desirable: Post-graduate qualifications and experience demonstrated capability in procedural obstetrics or anaesthetics.
- Travel and participatin in the on-call roster may be required.
- Proof of qualification and registration or membership (if applicable) with the appropriate registration authority or association must be provided.
