- Manage and coordinate all non-clinical operating functions of the relevant Clinical Practice to ensure the smooth and efficient service delivery of quality service within the Mackay HHS.
- Provides high level and confidential secretarial and administrative support to ensure Clinical Director and Medical Team deliver on delegated accountabilities within a demanding operating environment.
- This position reports directly to the Business Services Manager/Clinical Director.
- This position has a direct/indirect relationship with:
- Clinical Director, Operations Director, Medical Officers and medical staff throughout the MHHS.
- Business Services Manager and support staff across Queensland Health.
- Range of relevant external stakeholders e.g. Police, Ambulance, Emergency Services, private GPs, Medical Specialists, Department of Health, Community, Patient Complaints, Suppliers etc.
- This position holds no financial delegation.
