Clinical Governance & Quality Manager - Community
A vacancy for a Quality/Clinical Governance Manager has arisen within a Community Aged Care organisation. In this role you will oversee compliance and the strategic direction of quality whilst providing clinical leadership within this growing organisation.
This business is growing rapidly and is now at a place to bring on board a Quality Governance/Clinical Manager. This new role will allow you to bring your skills and drive the direction of the business in relation to Compliance and Quality.

Requirements:

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Div 1 Nurse
• Demonstrated experience in contemporary quality management practices
• Knowledge of Aged Care/Community Care quality standards
• High level of verbal & written communication & influencing skills
• Well developed reporting and data-analysis skills
• Proactive problem-solving abilities & attention to detail
• Experience with Home Care Packages (& CHSP)
