Are you looking for your next big challenge? We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our business on a system lead journey, ensuring that our products appeal to customers within the recreational vehicle manufacturing industry. The incumbent will be responsible for establishing and implementing quality standards, overseeing the Quality Assurance team, and ensuring compliance with ISO9001 standards and relevant laws and regulations.
Duties and tasks include but are not limited to:
- Establishing and implementing quality standards for products or services
- Monitoring quality testing processes and identifying gaps in testing
- Staying current on laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Training other employees on quality procedures
- Handling quality reports and documentation
- Collecting and analysing Quality Assurance data
- Working with suppliers to ensure the quality of supplies
About you:
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in implementing and maintaining Quality Assurance standards within the RV or automotive industry
- Proven knowledge of ISO9001 standards and quality management systems
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
