Job description

Join the team in one of Australia's leading innovative Health Technology companies, servicing the hospital and private Radiology/Cardiology sectors, nationally and internationally.

This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to assist with client Sales, Training and Support; assisting with troubleshooting and support for systems.

This is a Hybrid Role requiring field work; accordingly, we require a motivated, self-starter who can accept responsibility and will enjoy the autonomy of this role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identify and establish new business opportunities and respond to sales enquires 
  • Schedule and attend sales meetings and assess clients’ needs and present suitable software solutions
  • Provision of application training and service to clients
  • Maintain close contact and develop strong relationships with existing customers to ensure the company meets its customer's service expectations
  • Assist with troubleshooting and timely resolution of system issues
  • Ability to analyse customer workflows and technical specifications and develop technical documentation and specifications where needed.
  • Development of global work-plan and schedules.
  • Ensuring accurate training schedules and assignment notes are maintained
  • Provide product demonstrations including attending conferences and trade shows
  • Conduct Internal software testing
  • Working closely with the Service and Software groups for product deployment.
  • Proactively monitoring overall project progress and providing ongoing status reports.
  • Preparation of all project documentation/library to ensure comprehensive project records are maintained as required by the organization

In addition, this role will offer the right candidate opportunity to assume further responsibility for projects and identifying opportunities to further develop the company's business. 

Essential skills and experience include:

  • 3-5 years Clinical experience; preferably in a Cardiology, Cardiac catheterization, Echocardiography or Radiography environment
  • Solid Computer literacy with 3-5 years experience in IT and Project Management. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with sound verbal and written English
  • High level of initiative and good problem solving aptitude.
  • Goal and results orientated, with ability to work unsupervised.

This role will require some interstate and overseas travel to meet business requirements.
