CO: Specialist NDIS Allied Health Services Co | Delivering integrated Physical, Speech & Language services to life-span clients in Brisbane | Services are delivered @ Clients Home, Office, School or Community Facility either Face to face or via Telehealth
ROLE: Operational & Clinical Leadership to a best-practice focused OT & Speechie teams | Mentoring and empowering your team to collaborate across Projects | Quality Assurance | Maintaining a very small case load of ultra complex clients | This role requires a well-developed skill-set around social-justice, client advocacy and patience
YOUR TEAM: Fun | Vibrant | High achieving team of OT’s and Speechie’s | Team has deep technical expertise | Well-established, Collaborative Networks and Partners | Assess, Plan, Treat, Educate, Collaborate, Advocate, Document, Refer & Learn
YOUR OT TEAM: Clients generally present with issues around: Fine and Gross Motor Skills, Sensory Processing, Self-Care, Muscle Tone & Behaviour | The OT Team assists clients address physical, psychological, social and environmental factors that can affect functioning in different ways
YOUR MENTAL HEALTH OT TEAM: Provide strengths-based, behaviour oriented, goal-directed services to improve clients’ mental health and wellbeing so they can live an optimal & valued life as part of their community
LOCATION: WFH in Brisbane | Services are delivered @ Clients Home, Office, School or Community Facility
PAY: $130,000 Base+ Super | $5000 Travel Allowance
