Duties of the Role:
- Ensure adherence to Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) policies and guidelines regarding nursing scope of practice
- Supervise staff to deliver high-quality, individualized care to residents
- Serve as a role model, collaborating effectively in a multidisciplinary team, prioritizing resident-focused care, and promptly addressing any concerns with the General manager
- Assist staff with assessments, treatment, documentation, and activities as needed
- Maintain smooth clinical operations to meet resident care requirements and uphold standards
- Provide Clinical Leadership and support to households, ensuring care delivery aligns with standards and roles
- Cover for the General Manager during their absence
- Up to $60ph + Super
- Extensive clinical support in place

- Experience as a CCC or Senior RN or leadership role
