What would you do as our Clinical Manager?

• Co-ordinate the day-to-day functions of the clinical team with workforce planning, onboarding, mentorship, rostering and team skill development.
• Manage our resources – ordering, servicing and most importantly, our people.
• Lead from the front and maintain our high standards of risk management, infection control and workplace safety.
• Collaborate as you coordinate and prepare our clinical communications, governance processes and operational standardisation.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Whether you’ve managed multi-site practices or worked as a clinician, your expertise and perspective matters. Those with experience and/or qualifications in Practice Management, Dental Hygiene, Dental or Oral Health Therapy or high-level Dental Assisting – we’re keen to hear from you and about what you have to offer.
• Passion: Good isn’t our goal, we’re aiming for great. We want you to help us strive even higher.
• Collaboration: You’ll collaborate with our Practice Manager and liaise with our Principal Specialist to help our whole team bring their best game.
