- Eligible for registration in the category of Midwife by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Demonstrated well developed leadership and management skills that influence and progresses clinical care, policy and collaboration.
- Demonstrated well developed skills and experience in quality improvement and the development of new systems of care.
- Demonstrated digital capability across clinical systems which contribute to the provision of quality care.
- In partnership with the multidisciplinary team leads the establishment and maintenance of a culture of patient safety within their area of specialty and contributes to the Service wide initiatives
- Possession of a current C or C-A Class drivers licence.
- Current knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements in the areas of Equal Opportunity, Disability Services and Work Health & Safety, and how these impact on employment, people management and service delivery
