AddressPT Vernon Aged Care Residence offers a peaceful and welcoming environment, facing coastal views with modern outdoor spaces designed for relaxation. This residence has an 80-bed capacity for our Residents.
We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Manager to join the team in a part time capacity, 3 days a week.
As the Clinical Manager, you will lead clinical governance at our residence, working closely with the Facility Manager. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents while fostering a positive clinical work culture.
The key responsibilities for this position are:
- Lead clinical governance and ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Provide coaching and training to clinical staff members.
- Utilise technology efficiently, including an electronic care management system.
- Collaborate with the Facility Manager to ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of aged care processes and regulations.
To be successful for this position the following are required:
- Minimum three years of aged care experience (preferred).
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
- Proficiency in using computers and technology.
- Familiarity with Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Experience in coaching and training clinical employees.
- Additional qualifications such as Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (preferred)
