About the Role:
A place of opportunity! We are looking for a Clinical Measurement Scientist – Respiratory who is flexible in their thinking and courageous in their actions. A person with compassion and empathy, who understands that attitudes are contagious.
As a Clinical Measurement Scientist – Respiratory, you will be responsible for delivering routine clinical respiratory diagnostic services in accordance with recognised guidelines and services within Logan Hospital and Metro South Health.
This includes:
- Detailed clinical assessment, patient education, therapeutic intervention and/or management and assistance with discharge planning within an interprofessional context.
- Clinical education, supervision of observational students and allied health assistants, and assistance with supervision of undergraduate students.
- Participation and contribution to quality improvement and research activities under the guidance of senior staff.
