Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified and must not exceed the duration or conditions associated with the current visa.Selection Criteria to be addressed: * Current registration to practice as a Midwife with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Relevant clinical/education post registration qualification/s.
- Recent extensive clinical experience in healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated ability to identify learning needs and to plan, develop, deliver and evaluate education.
- Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work in a consultative manner.
- Demonstrated previous experience in clinical teaching, mentoring and/or preceptorship.
- Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to working with NUM/MUM to establish and maintain a learning environment that values and encourages reflective practice.
