As a Clinical Nurse, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to our residents and supporting their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure assigned consumer care is performed in accordance with care standards and Sundale philosophy, policies, and procedures.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care for residents.
- Lead and monitor documentation relating to care of the consumer and supporting The Australian National Aged Care Classification (AN-ACC) funding model.
- Lead and manage both the clinical and care teams in collaboration and consultation with the Site Manager.
- Collect, interpret, and analyse Clinical data in collaboration with other Health professionals.

Qualifications / other requirements
- Current practicing Certificate as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.
- Current CPR certificate
- 2 years Leadership experience desirable

Availability
This is a full-time position, working Monday through to Friday and preferably between the hours of 8am – 4pm.
