About the Role

You will deliver diabetes education and clinical self-management to clients and their families who have Gestational Diabetes, Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes. To ensure a high quality of service delivery, you will utilise your expert communication and rapport building skills to develop effective partnerships with clients, their families and other care providers. You will also have a commitment to continuous quality and service improvement and provide guidance and support to less experienced team members.
