QEII Jubilee Hospital is a 206-bed hospital with specialties of General Medicine/Palliative Care, General Medicine /Cardiology /Telemetry, General Surgery, Orthopaedic, Urology/Gynaecology, and Acute Stroke/Rehabilitation. QEII has a 5 bed Intensive Care Unit with 2 High Dependency beds and Emergency Department and Endoscopy Unit that was opened in October 2013.

About the Role
- Coordinate mentoring, preceptorship, role modelling and promote the value of nursing within the multidisciplinary team in the Urology Service.
- Participate in innovation and monitor and report on the impact of change within the position and service.
- Ensure understanding of and alignment to Business Planning Framework (BPF) resource utilisation and fiscal accountability.
