Curis Recruitment is proud to partner with this fantastic regional hospital in Western Australia to find them Clinical Nurse Consultant (Oncology Coordination). You will be living in the Goldfields region of WA where they are known for mining, agriculture, and tourism.
Package and incentives

• $125,260 p.a. (plus 11% superannuation)
• District allowance of $45.12 per week
• $2500 bonus after the completion of 6-months.
• $5000 Bonus if you complete 12-Months.
• Total Bonus after 6-months $3,673.12
• Total Bonus after 12-months $7,346.24

Responsibilities

• Leads a diverse ward team and collaborates with regional teams.
• Provides clinical guidance to medical, nursing, and allied health professionals in cancer care.
• Delivers advanced patient care, advice, and direction within cancer care.
• Conducts and analyse research to identify clinical best practices;
• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills and leadership, ensuring strong communication with Oncology Nurse Coordinators.
• Budget Management
• Recruitment assistance
• Develops and implements business plans and strategies for efficient resource utilisation.
• Supplies clinical information, statistics, and reports as needed.
• Develops, implements, and evaluates education and training programs in oncology.
• Ability to handle public relations and patient feedback.
