About the Role
The GRPCCS is based at GV Health in Shepparton and works collaboratively with healthcare providers across the Goulburn region as well as the inpatient beds at GV Health. The CNC reports operationally to the Clinical Director Palliative Care Physician. The team led by the CD Palliative Care includes a Palliative Care registrar, HMO and other CNC's.
This is a rare opportunity to join this dedicated team of professionals who in Palliative Care.
We are looking for
- Post graduate qualifications in Palliative Care
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in Palliative Care and / or other relevant fields as this role requires practitioner to be able to perform at the requirements of a CNC.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide education and training to other clinicians.
