Western Health Senior Renal Nursing Team – Clinical Nurse Consultants
Western Health Senior Renal Nursing team is seeking dynamic and motivated Clinical Nurse Consultants to join our renal service and undertake the leadership and clinical management of the portfolios of Dialysis and Chronic Kidney Disease education. These portfolios may be shared or divided, depending on applicants. The successful applicants will work within a wider team of CNC's and Nurse Practioners and cover all Renal Services at Western Health, including work across all campus sites.
This role requires the ability to work collaboratively with the medical teams, operations lead, Nurse Unit Managers, Renal Educators and multidisciplinary teams in order to provide best care to our patients.
To be Successful in this Role, you will:
- Have recent relevant clinical experience and qualifications in renal nursing
- Have highly developed organisational, critical thinking and assessment skills
- Be committed to ensuring the portfolio achieves all key performance indicators
- Be an experienced leader with the ability to recognise and realise opportunities for the development of the portfolio within the service
