• Location: Based at Wantirna but would need to visit home in Healesville

About the role
This is a new role in the Residential Aged Care Program created to support the complex care needs of people living in our Aged Persons Mental Health and High Care Homes.
The role holder will be a key part of the clinical team caring for residents, their advocates, the community members.
About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:(examples below)

• Current Nursing registration with AHPRA
• 5 years Post Graduate experience in an Aged Care environment
• Has or is working towards a Masters Degree in a related field
• Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
• A strong commitment to high quality care
• The ability to work as part of a diverse team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
