What you'll be doing
- Work as a member of the Clinic 9 Sexual Health Team providing a combination of client centred services delivery of direct patient clinical care.
- The CNC is an expert practitioner who facilitates sound clinical practice through research and leadership to the Sexual Health, HIV and hepatitis services.
- Play a vital role in health promotion and continuously reviewing practice to ensure that excellence is achieved in patient care.

How to apply
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria in the application as thoroughly as possible.
- Registered Nurse with AHPRA (Australian Health Professionals Regulation Authority) and at least 5 years full time equivalent post graduate experience. Post graduate qualifications in the specialty field (Sexual Health, HIV and Blood Borne Virus) or such other qualifications or experience deemed appropriate.
- Demonstrated clinical expertise, leadership and service development (sexual Health, HIV and Blood Borne Viruses) through the utilisation of evidence based practice
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and contribute positively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to personal and professional development, lead quality improvement activities, participate in research and a demonstrated ability to implement change
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise competing work requirements across a variety of settings
- Demonstrated high level computer skills, written and verbal communication with the ability to develop and deliver education and resources to clients or internal and external partners.
- Demonstrated experience in policy procedure and guideline development.
- Current licence to drive in NSW with willingness and ability to drive throughout the Far West LHD and stay overnight as required occasionally for work purposes
