- Remuneration: $61.83 phr + 11% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances

As an experienced nurse, you will present with well-developed communication and customer service skills, with a passion for delivering person-centred care through a strong alignment to our values. You’ll be adept at managing conflicting priorities whilst remaining patient-focused under time pressures.
As a member of a specialist team, you will also present with a sound degree of wound and stoma knowledge, and general knowledge regarding skin integrity and pressure injuries.
As a Clinical Nurse in this department, you will
- Provide Exceptional customer service skills focused on exceeding patient expectations
- Commit to achieving optimal patient outcomes through the use of effective clinical knowledge and professional standards of practice
- Apply clinical practice that ensures and promotes a safe environment for optimal patient health
- Effectively and accurately exchange, retrieve and manage information relevant to your role
- Exercise authority through appropriate decision making
- Apply sound knowledge of principles of clinical and workplace risk management, including incident management
You’ll demonstrate:
- Relevant and recent post-registration nursing experience in relevant speciality area
- Desirable post-registration qualifications relevant to the area of nursing practice
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of WHS practices
- Complex problem-solving and assessment skills
- Implementation of improvements and initiatives to clinical practice.

Not Essential: Relevant qualification in Stomal therapy / Wound Care
