About the role
As a Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) in the Coronary Care Unit, you will be at the forefront of providing support and clinical development/training to our staff. Your role will not only involve fostering a preceptor/mentor relationship but also formulating, coordinating, and evaluating unit based educational programs.
You'll be instrumental in assessing and demonstrating clinical procedures to ensure excellence in patient care and contribute significantly to the overall improvement of health service delivery, driving positive outcomes and advancements in healthcare.
This role is Monday to Friday.
We are looking for someone who has…
- Current AHPRA registration
- Cardiology/Coronary Care experience - essential
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) accreditation - essential
- Ability to implement and evaluate clinical education at the unit level and provide support and guidance to ensure appropriately skilled and qualified staff
- Well-developed leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
