Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Certification in Oncology Nursing (OCN) or relevant specialty.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in oncology.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in nursing education or staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Nurse Specialist:
- Provide expert clinical care to oncology patients.
- Develop and implement evidence-based care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Act as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing staff.
Educator:
- Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs for oncology nursing staff.
- Lead orientation and ongoing training sessions.
- Stay updated with the latest oncology research and best practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
