About the role
The Clinical Nurse Facilitator role will assist undergraduate nursing students on clinical placement at Bathurst Health Service. Supporting student nurses to develop knowledge, skill and attributes necessary to practice within the clinical environment.
The position works with a small but exceptional team completing eight-hour shifts part time Monday to Friday. While allowing the successful candidate to work independently, creatively, developing our future workforce and teaching.
The role will be involved in preparing and teaching students undertaking their assessments, providing students with reflective feedback, working with staff and teaching staff to facilitate students and being a role model and a mentor to all.
