Located in Gympie, Cooinda Aged Care is set against a beautiful country setting on 25 acres, nestled amongst bushland and surrounded by native wildlife.
About the role:
As Clinical Nurse you will:
- Lead and coordinate clinical staff
- Maintain and promote the delivery of quality care of residents.
- Collect and report information and complete assessments to assist with the formation and review of nursing care plans for each resident.
- Build excellent relationships with staff, residents, and families.
- Oversee and assist in the clinical care of residents.
- Assist with the development and implementation of quality control procedures, including quality indicator monitoring and reporting.
- You will hold unrestricted AHPRA Registration (Nursing)
- Minimum of two years' experience working in Aged Care
- Sound experience in wound management and clinical documentation.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- High-level understanding of AN-ACC Funding and Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
- You will be passionate about elder care and will put our residents at the forefront of our operations.
- Have intermediate computer literacy
- Hold a current Australian Driver’s License
- Maintain a National Police Check
- Provide proof of working rights
