About you
As a Clinical Nurse (Case Coordinator), you will be part of a dedicated and passionate team, working with your Clinical Nurse Manager and other Case Coordinators to ensure effective delivery of clinical services. You will be accountable for the safe delivery of quality evidenced based clinical practice to the clients in your area, and responsible for the competency and performance of clinical staff in your team.
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following criteria:
- Current Registered Nurse registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in Palliative Care
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team and coordinating resources
- Ability to make informed decisions and solve problems
- A strong team focus with the ability to also work autonomously
- An understanding of care delivery requirements within a community environment
- A current Australian drivers licence
