An opportunity exists for a talented and enthusiastic Clinical Nurse Manager – After Hours to join the Team at Broome Health Campus – Kimberley. This vacancy is for Fixed Term appointment at 64 hours per fortnight until 30/3/2025, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
Position Profile:
The Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) – After Hours functions as an agent for the Broome Regional Health Campus, Executive and Senior Leadership team out of hours and assumes responsibility for the Campus out of hours in the absence of senior personnel. Ensures the provision of professional leadership, clinical management and coordination of Broome Regional Health Campus’s After Hours ensuring best practice, high quality, and safe patient care in a rural and remote regional facility.

WACHS Kimberley is the most northern health region of WACHS. The Kimberley region has approximately 200 Aboriginal communities, over 34 different Aboriginal language groups and 45 percent of the population are Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people. WACHS Kimberley consists of six hospitals, an inpatient mental health unit, three Community Directorates and a Corporate Office. WACHS Kimberley provides hospital, community health, public health, remote area health, community aged care, and mental health services across the region through a dedicated team of medical, nursing, Aboriginal health, allied health, and support staff.
