The exciting opportunity:
- Clinical responsibility of an 80 bed aged care facility, soon to become 115 beds
- Focus on continuous improvement, promoting change in a positive manner and helping to overturn unmets
- Conduct audits and analyse data to recognise trends
- Develop and implement action plans to address any identified gaps in care delivery
- Lead a team of Nurses and Care staff, providing clear direction, education, support and mentoring to create a high performance culture
- Develop positive relationships with residents and families to create client directed care outcomes, and investigate and respond to feedback and complaints
- Have your voice heard and avoid bureaucratic red tape
- Expand your skillset by being exposed to commissioning a new facility

- Up to $125k + super + salary packaging
- An AHPRA Registered Nurse with a proven track record in a Clinical Manager role in residential aged care
- A nurturing and inspiring manager who mentors and motivates staff, successfully manages change, and creates a culture of continuous improvement
- Vast knowledge of aged care legislation, clinical governance, the quality standards and demonstrated experience achieving and maintaining compliance
- Self-motivated, confident in your leadership skills and clinical knowledge, flexible, resilient and solution oriented
