About the OPPORTUNITY
A rewarding and interesting role where you will:
- Effectively lead, manage, and assist staff within the program to implement service delivery in accordance with WACHS strategic direction.
- Act as a consultant and clinical resource person for Community Nurses and other Community Health staff.
- Leads the implementation of state-wide policies and programs in partnership with the Community Health Nurses Leadership group and the Line Manager.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in the Community Health setting and/or possession of a postgraduate tertiary qualification in the area of speciality.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of regional, rural, and multicultural health issues including those pertaining to indigenous populations.
- The ability to travel throughout the region on a regular basis.
