Additional role information The Clinical Nurse's are responsible of monitoring and maintaining mandatory training requirements of all Nursing and Midwifery Staffing Team (NMST) and causal staff, as well as providing support during onboarding.
The Clinical Nurse will also support Patient Flow Support Unit and Staffing Support teams in staffing allocations and flow sheets when required.
Employment Term
- Fixed Term Temporary full-time, commencing 05/02/24 – 09/06/24 with possibility of an extension - not exceeding 12 months.
- Fixed Term Temporary full-time, commencing 05/02/24 – 19/12/24 with possibility of an extension - not exceeding 12 months.
Benefits
- Salary rates between $4017.60 - $4302.00 p.f. (NG6-1)
- 17.5 % annual leave loading + leave

The ideal applicant will be someone who has proven ability and can demonstrate the following:
- Proven ability to comprehensively assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care at an advanced level within a complex environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with team members, patients and other stakeholders, including participation in relevant networks to achieve work unit outcomes.
- Ability to provide nursing leadership in the clinical and professional setting including the role modelling of effective communication and problem solving.
- Proven ability to use information and reporting systems appropriate to the position in order to achieve outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
- Proven ability to provide clinical education and support at an advanced level and demonstrate own professional development.
