Your opportunity
The Clinical Nurse Palliative Care, Charleville Western Qld, is responsible for managing the palliative service at the Charleville facility and provide support to outreach sites within the Western Sector of the SWHHS This will include supporting the client and staff at outreach clinics/sites.
This role will also include provision of direct Palliative Care services and coordinating care with local, tertiary and Specialist Palliative Care services.
