Sponsorship: 482 & 186 visa

Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 salary + penalties + super + salary packaging (depending on experience)

Relocation Package: Up to $5000 relocation assistance

Accommodation: 3 months subsidized accommodation provided

Extras: $30 allowance paid per shift on top of salary

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Nurse to join our team in Kingaroy, QLD. As a Clinical Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include assessing residents' health, creating personalized care plans, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs. Additionally, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, provide emotional support, oversee infection control, and ensure regulatory compliance to maintain high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess residents' health and create personalized care plans

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse qualification with current registration
• Previous experience in aged care nursing preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
