What you'll be doing
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist providing safe and compassionate person-centred care at the Community Health Centres you will also be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough assessment of nursing care needs.
- Planning appropriate nursing care strategies.
- Implementing nursing care plans effectively.
- Evaluating outcomes of nursing care.
- Collaborating with individuals and the multidisciplinary health care team.
- Aiming to achieve quality care outcomes for clients.
