The successful candidate will provide quality person-centred care to clients in the Newcastle region, specifying in Opioid substance abuse treatment. In this role you will be responsible for making informed decisions in relation to clients health needs, reaching these decisions through applying your clinical skills in patient assessment and care planning.The successful applicant will be supported by a Nurse Unit Manager for day to day business as well as Medical Officers and other members of the multidisciplinary team.About You
- The successful candidate will have outstanding organisational and leadership skills, be ethical with the ability to set good boundaries, and are capable of maintaining confidentiality.
- You will be flexible in your work approach, with exceptional people skills and the capacity to think and solve problems as they arise.
- Given the nature of this role, it is important that you have a non-judgemental approach to patient care.
