This is a Permanent Full Time appointment, however Part Time Job Share arrangements may be considered.
Position Profile: Works collaboratively with the Population Health team and key stakeholders to coordinate the planning, implementation and evaluation of comprehensive communicable disease control and immunisation programs and relevant projects for the region. Actively participates in health promotion activities and community education programs. Acts as a resource for other health professionals.
