Clinical Nurse SpecialistSexual Health Orange Health Service

About the role: The Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 is responsible to deliver complex comprehensive specialist nursing care, case coordination, health promotion  and prevention intervention to people at risk of/or presenting Sexually transmitted infections and Blood borne viruses; and leading development of specialist clinical practice. 

The Orange Sexual Health service provides a comprehensive range of screening and management of people with sexually transmitted infections and blood borne viruses as per local and NSW Health policies and procedures.

Working as part of the Sexual health team providing care to regional and outreach areas.

Where you’ll be working:  With a focus on innovative models of care, Orange Health Service is the largest rural hospital in New South Wales and the regional teaching, referral and trauma centre for the Central West. Newly developed in 2011 on the grounds of Bloomfield Campus, the 520 bed state of the art facility has a 200 bed general hospital, with five operating suites and 60 specialised treatment areas.
