About the role
Northern NSW Local Health District is seeking a Palliative CareClinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 (CNS2) This role works with members of the Palliative Care nursing team across the inpatient and community settings to provide a consultative and liaison focussed service aimed at supporting GPs, Community Nurses and the Residential Aged Care In-Reach Team in the assessment, care and management of patients with life limiting illnesses in the clarence area.
