About the role

This purpose of this role is to utilise expert clinical knowledge and function as an integral member of the Workforce Support Unit by actively participating in nursing workforce activities and initiatives to assist nursing teams to manage daily staffing and recruitment. This role will:

  • Work collaboratively to build effective relationships, participate in delegated activities and foster enhanced engagement.
  • Support the efficient, effective recruitment and management of a safe and skilled workforce in line with current legislation and policy.
  • Promotes the operational functions of the unit through role modelling and application of the principles of best practice, education, leadership and portfolio management.
About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) as a Registered Nurse (RN). Certified copies of the required information must be provided to the appropriate supervisor/manager prior to the commencement of employment.
