Role Overview:
As a dedicated Clinical Partner and Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role at Vines Therapy in delivering exceptional, human-centred therapeutic services. Using comprehensive assessments, you will design and implement customised treatment strategies that align with our core values and the Ambitious For You Approach™️. This role offers robust mentorship and leadership opportunities to foster your professional growth in a collaborative environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary ranging from $80,000 - $95,000 annually, with an additional $5,000 travel allowance (excluding superannuation).

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure and registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Aptitude for a broad range of occupational therapeutic interventions.
- Openness to innovative treatment methodologies.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices and their application in therapy.
- Proficiency with allied health care technologies and systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Organised with efficient caseload management.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, client-focused care.
- Flexibility for work-related travel as necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Advocate Vines Therapy's strategic values and implement the Ambitious For You Approach in care delivery
- Formulate individualised care plans guided by thorough client assessments
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to meet clients’ unique needs
- Track and document clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for a holistic approach to care
- Facilitate client and caregiver education on strategies extending therapeutic impact
- Integrate latest research and advancements into clinical reasoning and practice
- Engage actively in professional development and clinical skill enhancement.
- Assist with program and service quality improvement efforts.
- Execute additional responsibilities as assigned the team lead or Clinical Director
