Purpose of the Role: Reporting directly to the P&C Manager, the People & Culture Business Partner is instrumental in driving the company's overarching strategy by collaborating closely with business leaders. The role entails providing comprehensive HR support and services to our clinic network to enhance organizational effectiveness and foster employee engagement.
Partner with the business:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across a mix of corporately owned and franchised clinics & build strong relationships with business leaders
- Offer both tactical & strategic HR support on diverse people-related matters, including policies, procedures, employment legislation, employee relations, and safety.
- Partner with the talent team to align recruitment strategies with regional needs.
Safety:
- Oversee incident management and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety procedures.
Performance Management:
- Build leadership capabilities for effective performance management.
- Conducted performance management activities, including performance improvement plans and termination processes.
Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to corporate values, policies, and standards.
- Stay updated on local legislative requirements and compliance obligations.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
- Experience in service or retail-based industries preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
- Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
- Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
